2Xcel/Metro Exhibit, LLC is pleased to have been selected as the official service contractor for the Rockwell Automation Automation Fair, November 19– 20, 2008 at Gaylord Opryland, Nashville, TN. We hope to assist you in any way possible to insure a successful show.

Please review this manual carefully. It contains all the forms needed for ordering our various services, many of which require your immediate response. If you need an item or service that you do not see in this manual, please contact us. Our goal is to provide you with the most complete service possible.

Our payment policy requires that all advance orders be prepaid and all exhibitors have a credit card authorization on file, although you may pay for charges by any method you like. All invoices will be presented on show site for your review. Please inform a customer service representative at the Exhibitor Service Center of any discrepancies in billing since no credits will be issued after the show has ended. All charges must be settled by the close of the show.

Advance orders will receive the allowed discount only if received by the deadline dates accompanied with full payment.
